When you contact us
We use the name, email address, company and message you submit to respond to your enquiry. Cloudflare delivers the form to Jan and Finlay’s email inboxes.
When you browse
Cloudflare serves the website and may process technical request information. Fonts are hosted locally. We do not use advertising trackers.
If you allow usage analytics, we send PostHog a random browser ID, page categories and actions such as opening the pilot form or completing a setup step. We do not include names, email addresses, form entries, messages, customer documents or recordings. We do not forward your IP address or complete page URLs to PostHog.
This optional tracking also applies to the web app on this domain. Use the Analytics button to change your choice. We remember that choice for 90 days. Browser privacy signals turn tracking off.
Examples and company data
The examples use fictional information. They do not observe your device, connect to your systems or take live actions. Any pilot requires a separate agreement on data access and permitted actions.
